About the Doctor
 Dr. Melissa O'Loughlin has been practicing chiropractic in the Rochester area since 2006. She graduated from Boston College with a bachelors degree in Psychology/Pre-Medical Sciences. While in college, she was on the dance team of Boston College, performing on national television during football and basketball games. It was during her time dancing in college that Dr. O'Loughlin learned the importance of using chiropractic care and other natural methods to help her body work to its fullest potential.
Upon graduation from BC, Dr. O'Loughlin moved to the Rochester area in 2002 to study chiropractic. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College, receiving an award by the Chief of Staff for performing at the highest level of excellence in the area of patient evaluation and adjustive procedures. During her internship period, Dr. O'Loughlin had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including Monroe Community Hospital on East Henrietta Rd, a multi-disciplinary clinic in a rural setting, and hospice care.
Currently, Dr. Melissa O'Loughlin focuses her practice on helping the entire family reach their fullest health. She received specialty training and is the only chiropractor in Rochester Board Certified in the care of children and pregnant women through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. O'Loughlin also received her certification in Applied Kinesiology in 2005 and CranioSacral Therapy in 2005.
Dr. Melissa O'Loughlin currently lives in Brighton with her husband, Ryan. She enjoys hiking, dancing, and pilates.
